YFRWPA Membership - Register of Volunteer Contribution

To register your volunteer contributions with the Yellow Footed Rock Wallaby Preservation Association (YFRWPA), log in to the secure Members area on the official Yellow Footed Rock Wallaby Preservation Association Website. From there, you can access the General Documents and Forms tab to download or submit your timesheets, travel logs, and activity records.

Why Registering Your Contribution Matters

The association relies heavily on a core team of dedicated volunteers. Tracking your hours and travel distance ensures.

  • Insurance Coverage: Proper documentation fulfils your duty of care requirements and ensures you are covered while working on conservation projects.

  • Resource Allocation: Accurate logs help secure essential funding and Gift Fund Grants.

  • Association Reporting: Your efforts allow the secretary to properly highlight membership milestones and overall conservation impacts in the association's Yellow Footed Rock Wallaby Preservation Association Newsletters.

Important Documentation & Information

  • Travel and Hours: In recent years, members have travelled tens of thousands of kilometres for vital work. Make sure to detail your exact starting point, distance covered, and hours logged at the worksite.

  • First Aid & Safety: If participating in on-site projects or working bees, ensure your personal qualifications are up to date and recorded with your volunteer profile.

  • Safety & Risk: Always ensure the project manager has completed a Volunteer Project Attendance Record and worksite safety check before you begin.

If you are having trouble logging into the account or cannot find the specific contribution forms, it is recommended to email Jim at admin@yellowfoot.org to request the password.

If you'd like, I can help you with:

  • Drafting an email to the administration to request the specific volunteer form

  • Finding nearby accommodation or camping facilities for your next trip to the Bunkers Conservation Reserve

  • Clarifying the first aid or safety requirements you need to meet for specific volunteer roles.

Let me know how you would like to proceed!
